“Independent… sponsors” not being clear is apparent, because I have written this many times on the website in many different ways.. but people seem to only see what they want too.. as you can see at the top of the website their are empty spaces.. one of those spaces is going to be a notice about this subject… but even with that notice I’ll keep getting people personal comments about what is what.

lol,..now you think I’m just making execuses.. nothing is further from the truth. Don’t really know what you are after here,… but as I’m one coach for 4 teams I can not stand at the camera and recored, someone else has to do that.. that is why I tried to let the camera just run the entire length without stopping… it just didn’t work… you mention my phone… really??!? (joke on) … and yes I’m trying to find a solution and you are welcome to help.

Yes some of the videos are restricted to only be played on powertumbling.net due to earlier troubles with people not know what is theirs and what is not.

Independent… sponsors… I don’t think you make that very clearly anywhere on you website. I think it’s very misleading.

I don’t nuy you argument with not having enough space on your memory card or battery or what ever your excuse is. I know you are very good at computers and electronics and if you wanted to record those levels I know you would find a solution. Don’t give me that crap. I bet you’re phone could do the whole competition if you wanted to.

I have also tried to embed some of the videos you have on vimeo but you have IP protected, so I can not use them.

This is to everyone: Send me videos and I’ll post them… currently I only get videos from the gymnasts I teach.

About the “independent tumbling forum” comment… don’t confuse independent with bias… they are two different things… independent means that this website is not bound by sponsors, dgf or any other club…. what you are referring to is called “bias”.. meaning that I’m only showing stuff from Bellinge Gymnasterne (my own team)…. and if you look carefully you will see that I only did this from this season… because of the simple fact we have no video from the beginner levels…. I would love to have all videos from the beginner levels for all clubs

1. My problem is that the statistics are not objective (they are missing their context). I have written articles about this on my site.

2. I have tried to record all the beginner levels, but my camera can’t handle that amount of data without someone doing the work. Last time the battery ran out. I have also tried to get some parents to record the entire competition (for the beginners),.. but they only record our team (which I’m very disappointed with)… Seeing videos of only us does not give any comparison.

3. I have sent application foundations requesting money to buy a better camera so we can record these levels…. which I would be more than happy to share with you.

4. I would love to have video from the entire competition including other clubs… and they are very welcome to send them to me. My only problem is that I don’t have them or else I would put it on the website for sure!

Statistics can be used in many ways and you do it youselves on you own website. You can twist it so it shows excactly what you want it to basicly. I have choosen to do a simple count of the medals to the nationale junior championships just the way I have been doing before. No new ways to let it present it to fit my personal needs. I don’t want to punish the winners in the levels where no other club doesn’t have any representatives, they have probably trained just as hard as everyone else. As a point I can tell you that I actually move to girls from the junior B to senior B because they were the only girls competing in that entry level to have more competition, so if you think that we just think of medals you are totally OFF.

Regarding your complaint about not having videos and photos from then beginner levels that’s not true. I have pictures from EVERY level on the podium uploaded to my website http://www.powertumbling.net / http://www.facebook.com/powertumbling.net . Of course there are more pictures of the gymnasts that I normally work with because this is something I do for the fun of it. It’s my hobby and not something I get paid to do.

Regarding video: I have some extrodinary volounteer parants who with no other wish that help promote tumbling, go to every competition and record everything. They go home after the competition and in their spare time use hours of editing the videos so that everyone (including yourself) can watch the competition afterwards. We have discussed the subject before and I have invited you to share the videos you might have recorded from the beginner levels and I would be more than happy to share them on my website. You just don’t give me anything!

That actually reminds me that I don’t think I have EVER seen any tumbling video from a national danish tumbling competition on you website with other gymnast that your OWN club Bellinge Gymnasterne. How does that look compared with the the things you just blamed my website of doing? You even promote you’re website as the “independent tumbling forum”. Kind of funny….

to close this conversation.. I total agree with you about the creativity and so on… it is also why I stated “but flexible enough so they also can incorporate new methods.”… there should be a general guide all clubs follow, but one that permits change and creativity
